Salt Creek Valley Farms spans roughly 300 acres along the Santa Fe Trail, with U-pick strawberries, sweet corn, and pumpkins depending on the month. Fall visitors get a corn maze, hayrides, a bakery, and farm animals to feed. The farm runs seasonally, open May through October, and closes for winter. It's a working farm first — the agritourism side grew up around actual row crops and produce, not the other way around.
