Run Amok Mead ferments honey into craft mead at its West Gardiner meadery, open weekends only — Saturdays 2 to 7pm and Sundays noon to 5pm, May through October. Every batch comes out different, since the honey and additions shift with what's on hand. Private tastings run by appointment, and the Corkers! bottle club gets members 10% off. Online orders ship, or pick up on-site during open hours.
