About This Farm

Ruby's Inn traces back to 1916, when rancher Reuben "Ruby" Syrett built a small lodge called Tourist Rest to put up visitors headed into what became Bryce Canyon National Park. His family has run the property ever since, rebuilding after a 1984 fire and growing it into three hotels, an RV park and campground, a general store billed as the largest gift shop in the area, and three restaurants including the Cowboy Buffet and Steak Room.
