About Rod's Berry Farm
Rod's Berry Farm has grown strawberries and blueberries in North Branch since Rod and Sara Elmstrand set out their first plants in 1981, offering both pick-your-own and pre-picked fruit. Bring your own containers and the farm weighs them empty first, so you pay only for berries. The Elmstrands earned a 1995 Minnesota River Friendly Farmer award for erosion control, windbreaks, and integrated pest management. The season runs mid-June into mid-July.
