Rainbow Meadow Farms raises a full spread of pasture-based livestock in North Carolina — Berkshire pork, Dorper lamb, Devon-Angus beef, Cornish and Contentnea Red chicken, plus turkey, rabbit, and free-range brown eggs. Rotational grazing across roughly 300 acres keeps the pastures fertilized naturally. The farm cures its own sausage, bacon, and pastrami and runs the Whiskey Pig Craft Butchery and Deli.
