Rafter M Farm and Dairy works 40 acres on the north side of Cohoe on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula — a genome-tested A2/A2 Jersey herd share program delivers truly raw milk with a beautiful cream line, while a closed Angus herd rotationally grazes for whole and half beef finished on Alaska-grown barley, oats, and peas. Free-range chicken and duck eggs, garden and high-tunnel produce, and tallow soaps round out real food security, Alaska style.
