Formed in 1987, the Princeton-Zimmerman Farmers Market Association has run a Saturday market in downtown Princeton for close to 40 years. The summer market sets up at Princeton Mall, 8:30 a.m. to noon, May through October, with every vendor required to sell something grown or made on their own farm — no resellers. A separate Zimmerman location runs on its own schedule at 12950 Fremont Ave.
