Prairie Fruits Farm and Creamery milks its own goats at 4410 N. Lincoln Ave. in Champaign and turns that milk into artisan cheese and gelato made on site. The farm store sells the cheese lineup alongside staples from local suppliers, and the on-farm restaurant, Caprae, runs weekend brunch and weeknight dinners, including Taco Tuesday.
