Pittsburgher Highland Farm has grown 100% grass-fed beef, lamb, and pastured pork in the foothills of the Laurel Highlands since Mark Harvey Smith's Highland cattle hobby began in 2008 — now a 142-acre farm where rotational grazing is restoring formerly strip-mined ground. Beyond the meat, the farm hosts a five-star Airbnb tiny house, outdoor weddings, and tours where you can meet a Highland cow.
