Peterson Groves in Vero Beach has grown Indian River citrus — the "World's Finest" — on family land since 1913, with one of the county's oldest citrus packing houses. Visitors sample fresh-squeezed orange juice, meet farm animals, and shop a gift store of local honey, farm eggs, Florida taffy, and gator jerky, while gift fruit ships November through May: seedless navels, Ruby Red grapefruit, tangelos, and the famously juicy Honeybells that come with a bib.
