About Paul's Grains
Paul's Grains has milled chemical-free flour and cereal on its Laurel, Iowa farm since Wayne Paul shifted the operation from conventional row crops to organic methods in 1964. Grandson Daniel and son Steve now run the place, selling wheat berries, oat groats, brown rice, quinoa, and a best-selling 7-grain cereal and pancake mix. Since 2013, sales have been local-only, through a small on-farm store open by appointment.
