About Original Goat Yoga at No Regrets Flower Farm & Animal Sanctuary

The original goat yoga, started by Lainey Morse at No Regrets Farm on Bellfountain Road in Monroe, south of Corvallis in Benton County. Classes pair a beginner-friendly yoga session with a herd of goats that wander among and climb on participants; skipping the poses to pet or photograph the goats is fine. The farm also runs a Goat Happy Hour, and the format has since franchised to locations nationwide.
