Olde Haven Farm in Chelsea raises pork, lamb, and beef, and turns produce from its own market garden into preserves and pickles sold alongside the meat. The farm store is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm in season and 10am to 5pm in winter, and the farm also sells at the Portland Maine Farmers Market. Customers can buy quarter, half, or whole cows directly. Recipes shift with whatever the garden is producing that week rather than a fixed menu.
