About Oklahoma Lightning
Oklahoma Lightning raises pasture-grown turkeys without pesticides near Rose, in Delaware County, and sells them fresh for the holidays. Birds are processed around November 22, or earlier by request, and kept unfrozen unless a customer asks otherwise. Buyers pick up at the farm. Reserve a turkey ahead, since the flock and the season are both limited.
