About Northwoods Apiaries
Northwoods Apiaries is Kirk Webster's operation in Westfield, in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, known nationally for raising honeybees without chemical mite treatments. The apiary sells northern-bred queen bees, nucleus colonies, and package bees to other beekeepers, along with honey and beeswax. Its survivor-stock queens, bred to handle Vermont winters, draw buyers from well beyond the state.
