A certified-organic vegetable farm on Rock Road in Lambertville, Hunterdon County, growing field crops along with hoop-house tomatoes, microgreens, and pastured poultry. Much of the harvest is sold at the West Windsor Community Farmers Market, held Saturdays at the Princeton Junction train station, with fresh and preserved organic products available in season.
