About Natchez Farmers' Market
Natchez Farmers' Market was an open-air market on St. Catherine Street in Natchez, Mississippi, run by the Alcorn State University Extension Program, which moved it there in 2010. A January 2017 Natchez Democrat report says the market closed its doors at the end of 2016, and no later source shows it reopening at that site.
Sources: Natchez Democrat: Will farmers market reopen? (Jan 24, 2017), Alcorn State University: Alcorn to host Fruit and Vegetable Festival at the Natchez Farmers Market Saturday (Jul 16, 2015). Checked October 2026.
