Mount Palomar Winery has poured wine in Temecula since 1969, one of the valley's founding estates. Tastings happen in the underground Cava di Vino, with red, white, sparkling, and dessert wines on the list, and Bistro 1969 serves a full menu with happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6pm. The tasting room runs shorter hours Monday through Thursday and stays open later on weekends. Wine club membership carries no enrollment fee.
