Momence's farmers market sets up Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6 p.m., mid-June through early September, at the Schoeffner Farm Museum grounds on the Kankakee River. Vendors sell vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk, and meat straight off the farm, alongside handmade crafts and other local goods. Vendor and sponsorship questions go through Momence City Hall. It's a small-town market in a river town with roots back to 1834, not a tourist stop.
