Minor's Farm ran on Chippens Hill for more than 130 years before the Minor family closed the farm store and sold the 30-acre property in 2018. Rich Farm Ice Cream now operates on the site, serving ice cream and waffle cones made on-site daily, noon to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
