Millsap Farm is a 20-acre certified-organic vegetable farm on Emu Lane north of Springfield. Its CSA lets members build a custom weekly share from vegetables and herbs cut that day, and a self-serve farmstand stays open around the clock with cash, Venmo, or PayPal payment. From May through October, Thursday pizza nights bring wood-fired pizza and live music to the farm. The family also rents an on-site Airbnb and runs tours and workshops.
