About This Farm
Milberger Farms grows more than 50 vegetable varieties on 400-plus acres east of Pueblo, mixing conventional fields with certified organic ones. Spring means asparagus; summer brings the farm's Pueblo chile harvest, roasted on site. What started as a produce stand in 2009 has grown into a stop with a deli, bakery, coffee bar, and salad bar. Fall adds a pumpkin patch and corn maze. Open Monday through Thursday and weekends 7am to 5pm, Fridays until 8pm.
