A family of eight runs this Garland farm using mostly organic methods, growing sweet corn, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, and raspberries as its specialties alongside kale, squash, rhubarb, and carving pumpkins. U-pick and market sales run May through October, Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the farm also sells honey from its own hives.
