Marisa Barone and Ian Nichols run Meltwater Farm, a 59-acre regenerative operation in Argyle with three acres of year-round USDA certified-organic vegetables, plus sheep and perennials like asparagus, raspberries, and grapes. Their summer CSA runs 18 weeks from June through September with pickup at the farm, and they also sell cut greens through farmers markets and wholesale accounts in the upper Hudson Valley.
