About Melody Springs Farm
Melody Springs Farm covers 125 acres of hay fields, pastures, and woods on an escarpment overlooking the Mohawk Valley outside Sharon Springs, New York — a former dairy farm lovingly rescued from scrubland as a contribution to central New York's agricultural heritage. The farm sells grass-fed beef in wholes, halves, and split sides at wholesale prices, plus summer-raised meat chickens by early-spring order.
