Martinez Family Ranch has ranched the Taos Valley since 1804 — seven generations raising primarily Angus cattle with Hereford and Gelbvieh influence for flavorful, pasture-raised New Mexico beef. Calves are born in spring on the meadows of Lower Ranchitos, then summer-graze the lush mountain pastures east of Taos.
