About This Farm
Beekeeper Spencer Marshall has harvested raw, unfiltered honey in American Canyon since 1989, building Marshall's Farm Honey into a Bay Area staple over more than three decades. The honey is never heated or cooked, and the shop also carries bee pollen, honeycomb, and kosher-certified varieties. It started as a side business selling to Bay Area restaurants and grew from there.
