A historic Sussex County dairy farm in Wantage where the first cooperative artificial-insemination program for dairy cattle in the United States began in 1938. The state-owned property is now maintained by volunteers who run open houses, guided barn and garden tours, blacksmithing and craft demonstrations, and seasonal community events. It sits in the northwest highlands near High Point, and many grounds events are free to attend.
