Luebbering Shorthorn Farms is a sixth-generation Missouri family farm led by former dairy farmer George Luebbering, raising Shorthorn cattle whose marbling competes with Angus and Wagyu. Steers finish on a balanced grass-and-grain diet — mostly grown on the farm — in a repurposed dairy barn with open pasture access, sold as 100- and 200-pound bone-in or boneless cut packages free of added hormones and antibiotics.
