Little Leaf Farms grows baby lettuce and salad greens hydroponically inside a greenhouse in Devens, using rainwater irrigation and natural sunlight instead of field soil. The greens go from seed to package without human hands touching them, then ship to more than 1,000 Northeast grocery stores within a day of harvest. It's now the largest indoor leafy-greens grower in the world.
