Dave Lindig bought this land on the Otter Tail River south of Fergus Falls in 1971 and raises grass-fed beef on rotationally grazed pasture, with rolling hayfields, woods and three-quarters of a mile of riverfront. In recent years the family has hosted fall festivals with a yard full of activities for kids. Lindig has also talked publicly about opening the farm to a community of new and emerging farmers.
