LedgEnd Farm raises fallow deer in Middlebury and sells naturally raised venison direct to the public, restaurants, and retail stores. The farm also offers antler pet chews and breeding stock. You can find its venison at City Market on Flynn Avenue in Burlington, or buy from the farm itself on Munger Street. Fallow deer are a smaller, leaner animal than the whitetails common to Vermont woods.
