The volcanic ash soils on the property produce Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Barbera, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah described as intensely aromatic. The tasting room opens daily from 10am to 5pm, with picnic tables set among the vines for anyone who wants to stay through lunch.
