Owl Peak Farm is a 501(c)(3) in La Madera, New Mexico — embraced by the Tusas and Vallecitos rivers — practicing regenerative, organic farming since 2010 with fields watered by traditional acequias and gravity-fed spring irrigation. The farm grows wheat, corn, beans, garlic, and fruit trees for the high desert, hand-milling Blue Corn, Turkey Red, and Sonora White flours to order on its New American Stone Mill while supporting land restoration and community development in Northern New Mexico.
