About La Belle Farms Inc
La Belle Farms is a family-run duck operation in Ferndale, one of only three U.S. farms producing foie gras. The Saravia family started it in 1999 and now raises crossbred Moulard ducks across several Sullivan County sites, growing their own corn and soy for feed in the Catskill foothills. Alongside foie gras, they sell duck breast, confit, and other cuts under the Bella Bella Gourmet label.
