About Johnson U-pick Farm

Johnson U-Pick Farm is a five-acre operation two miles south of Gridley growing cherries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, peaches, and fall pumpkins for pick-your-own harvest from late May through October. Owner Mark Johnson holds a master's degree from UC Davis in organic weed control and runs the farm with minimal spraying. The farm opens Wednesdays and Saturdays during the season, with pre-picked produce available for anyone who'd rather skip the fields.
