Joe Ringhausen Orchard is a family fruit farm in Jersey County, Illinois, whose main shop is the Ringhausen Apple House in Jerseyville. Joe's grandfather planted the first trees in 1928, and the orchard now grows peaches, apples, plums, cherries, nectarines and blackberries, along with watermelon, rhubarb, greenhouse tomatoes, pumpkins and gourds. The family makes its own apple cider, which a regional tourism listing calls award-winning, and the Apple House sells produce from July through Christmas.
