Janie's Mill stone-mills certified organic grain grown on its own farm in Ashkum into bread flour, all-purpose flour, rye, cornmeal, and a handful of ancient-grain flours. The farm-to-mill setup keeps the wheat and rye in company hands from field to bag, and the stone-milling leaves more of the bran and germ intact than standard roller-milled flour. Bakers can order online or find it through select retailers.
