Isom's Apple Fruit Farm started in 1994 when Jeanne Isom planted 200 apple trees on the family's Blackfoot property. Three decades later the orchard sells Honeycrisp and other varieties out of a red barn farm store on site, with u-pick typically open Saturdays starting in late September once the crop is ready, usually by mid-September. The Isoms also bring apples to the Idaho Falls and Pocatello farmers markets. Call ahead before driving out, since picking days shift with the harvest.
