Il Fiorello presses extra virgin olive oil from certified organic groves that Ann and Mark Sievers planted in Green Valley and Suisun Valley, the stretch of countryside between Fairfield and Napa. Alongside the oil, the tasting room sells flavored balsamic vinegars, local honey, wine, and craft beer, and pours daily from 11am to 5pm. Guided tastings and farm tours run through the orchard and mill, where visitors can see the pressing process firsthand.
