Idaho Sleigh Rides runs winter sleigh and wagon rides behind black-and-white spotted draft horses through the backcountry near Garden Valley, about an hour from Boise. Rides head toward meadows where wild elk are sometimes visible — never guaranteed, since the herd isn't farmed.
