Honoré Farm and Mill is a Marin County, California 501(c)(3) restoring the relationship between people and the land through regenerative farming, heritage grain cultivation, and experiential education. The mill stone-grinds rare heirlooms like Hourani — a durum wheat excavated from the Masada Fortress — plus Sonora, hard red, and rye, with shortbread cookies and flour bundles funding 100% of the farming and educational work.
