About Homestead Grist Mill
Homestead Gristmill stone-grinds flour on granite millstones at 710 Dry Creek Rd in Waco, part of the Homestead Heritage craft community. It mills whole wheat flour, cornmeal, grits, einkorn, and baking mixes in small weekly batches, along with pastry, oat, barley, and rye flours and wheat berries. The mill store is open Monday through Saturday.
