Get DirectionsAbout This Farm
Hillcrest Ranch presses olive oil from a six-and-a-half-acre grove inside Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park, including roughly 137 century-old trees standing among about 2,000 total. The Picholine, Mission, and Manzanillo trees are farmed organically without irrigation. The ranch opens to the public every other month for tastings, small-mill demonstrations, soap-making workshops, and olive-brining classes, and visitors can either hike in or catch a shuttle up to the grove.
