Hewn bakes naturally leavened sourdough from scratch daily at its Evanston bakehouse, alongside European-style pastries, hot and cold sandwiches, and espresso drinks. The Evanston location is the original bakehouse, with two smaller outposts in Winnetka and Libertyville carrying the same bread program. Holiday bread orders go through Tock, and same-day pickup runs through Square.
