Run on Buddhist principles by chef-owners Jen and Blake, Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm serves organic, seasonal cuisine in remote Boulder, Utah — much of it grown on the restaurant's six-acre farm and two gardens. The 2025 acquisition of Boulder Mountain Lodge united the operation under one roof, adding year-round stays, the Little Bone breakfast truck, and Saturday community markets on the Lodge grounds.
