About This Farm
Hayden Flour Mills stone-mills heritage and ancient grain varieties that had mostly disappeared from Arizona fields, grown on land the Zimmerman family has expanded from 30 acres to more than 400 since 2009. The mill produces bread flour, pastry flour, and specialty grains, sold for order pickup at their Gilbert location. It's a revival project as much as a business, bringing back wheat varieties Arizona farmers stopped planting decades ago.
