Grumpy Chicken Farm started in 2021, named for the owner's notoriously grumpy flock, and has grown into a dahlia u-pick operation in the Selle Valley outside Sandpoint. Bouquet picking runs Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in season, with wedding florals, farm events, and glamping tents available by appointment. Free-range poultry and eggs, raised on non-GMO feed, are still part of the mix, along with a booth at the Sandpoint Farmers Market.
