GrowGood Urban Farm

About This Farm

GrowGood farms three acres on the grounds of the Salvation Army's Bell Shelter, combining urban agriculture with paid job training for shelter residents. The nonprofit, founded in 2011, donates its weekly harvests to food-insecure families and runs an Urban Agriculture & Food Systems Training Program alongside the growing. It's farming built around a second mission: helping people move toward independent living.
