Lightning Springs Beef runs cattle across more than 18,000 acres of High Uintah mountain meadow, between 6,000 and 12,000 feet, in northeastern Utah. The herd grazes on natural grass and drinks straight from mountain water, with no growth hormones or antibiotics at any point. Beef is USDA inspected and sold direct in bulk: eighths, quarters, halves, and 50-pound ground beef bundles, shipped UPS or delivered by arrangement.
